We communicate in Greek and English. The Turkish version of this site is a translation for your convenience.

Is there parking?+

Yes, free private parking on the property.

Is breakfast included?+

Free ingredients are provided in the fridge and cupboards so you can prepare your own breakfast. There is no buffet or served breakfast.

What are the check-in and check-out times?+

Check-in 15:00–23:30 and check-out until 11:00. Early arrival or late departure only by arrangement and subject to availability.

How does self check-in work?+

With an electronic lock. Access instructions are sent privately after your booking is confirmed.

Can I come with children? Is there a cot?+

Yes, children are welcome and a baby cot is available on request.

Are pets allowed?+

Pets are allowed at no extra charge. Please tell us in advance.

How do I access the upper floor?+

The unit is on the upper floor and is reached by stairs. Ask us for details before booking.

Is there daily cleaning?+

Not automatically. Extra service is possible on request, for a fee.

What is the cancellation policy?+

For direct requests, the cancellation policy is confirmed in writing along with the final price, before any commitment.

Is smoking or partying allowed?+

No. Smoking and parties are not allowed and quiet hours are 23:00–07:00.
