House Rules

Check-in 15:00–23:30, check-out by 11:00.

Up to 5 guests and 1 infant up to 3. Only registered guests stay overnight.

Visitors who do not stay overnight need prior arrangement with the host.

Parties and events are not allowed.

Please respect the neighbours, especially 23:00–07:00.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Pets are welcome at no charge. Please let us know before arrival.

Children are welcome and must always be supervised by an adult, especially near the fireplace and stairs.

Free private parking at the property.

Please use furniture and equipment with care and do not take them outside the house.

The guest is responsible for proven damage or loss caused by the guest or the members of their booking, beyond normal wear and tear from ordinary use; in that case they may be asked to cover the reasonable cost of repair or replacement, in line with applicable law. Please let us know as soon as possible of any significant damage, fault or loss.

Access codes are for registered guests only and must not be shared.

Never leave the fireplace, candles or appliances unattended. Close doors and windows when you go out.

Please put rubbish in the neighbourhood bins and leave the kitchen in a reasonable state.

Linen and towels are provided for use in the house.

If you leave something behind, contact us; we will try to keep it and arrange its return.

Any illegal activity at the property is prohibited.

On departure switch off lights and air conditioning, close windows, lock up and follow the instructions we sent you.
